Shipping policy

IMPORTANT
Due to multiple fulfillment locations being available, you may see different shipping charges for different items. This ONLY happens if your order cannot be fulfilled at one single location. 

All shipments are are insured and tracked.
Tracking numbers will be issued once orders are dispatched.

If your order fails to arrive, contact us at hello@nevermorebookshop.com and we will lodge an inquiry with the postal service.

Fulfillment times
All orders for signed books and merch will be shipped from our NZ or US locations as soon as possible. 

The US warehouse ships orders within 1-3 days.

The NZ warehouse ships orders weekly on Fridays (including orders received up to 9am on Friday). 

Un-signed paperbacks are printed on demand by Book Vault and will be shipped within 3-5 days.

Audiobooks and ebooks are automatically delivered via email by BookFunnel.

Delivery times vary based on your location and which warehouse your order is shipped from. You should receive and estimated delivery date at checkout.

*Please note - A5 artwork shipped internationally from NZ is sent via standard envelope mail, and may take up to 5-6 weeks to arrive. 


Shipping Rates
NZ domestic courier flat rate of $9.50 standard, or $16.00 rural.

International economy tracked and courier services are estimated by weight at checkout.
